Spark Retail Experience Design:
creating better connections through authentic experience
LISTEN: Spark wanted to create store environments that delivered an experience to connect customers to their products.
TRANSLATE: We translated their brand strategy into a new retail experience strategy to attract, engage and immerse customers in the lifestyle the products facilitated.
CREATE: We created a blueprint for store zoning, signage, display and activations and brought this to life each month across the flagship store network.
DELIVER: Themed display, content and experiences were created and rolled out to the network bi monthly, a model that continues to be the blueprint today.
