LISTEN: We were tasked with redesigning stand-alone Bupa Optical retail environments.

TRANSLATE: We mapped the customer journey throughout the existing store to develop a design strategy and layout to enhance the customer experience.

DESIGN: Taking cues from the Bupa healthcare brand and retail environment, we developed a new design which was fresh and modern.

DELIVER: The project was delivered from strategy and concept design through to construction and signage and rolled out across Australia.
